Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

International Shipping: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote areas). Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a refined returns process that matches the elegance of our collections.

Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, sleeveless tops, tanks, and camis cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our Mesa-based customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):

  • Timing: Credit card refunds appear within 5-10 business days; PayPal refunds are typically faster
